Our Story

SafeHaven started as a bid to bridge the gap between property owners looking to earn extra income and the tenants who wanted access to the best properties in Gurgaon. Through extensive market research and surveys, we found out that there are tens of thousands, if not lakhs of abandoned homes in the NCR region which were purchased by the owners as a means of investment.
Recognizing the fact that abandoned luxury is sad, we came up with a solution to help these property owners, who had little to no time and experience earn extra rental income on their properties. We take all the stressful parts of managing an AirBnB - the listing, the bookings, the amenities and cleaning and managing of the property - off of the hands of the owner and provide them with what they love the most - more money.
We provide theft and breakage insurance to ensure that the homes look exactly the same, if not better, once they are under our management.
For the tenants, we provide a seamless experience with immediate responses and resolve any doubts, queries or concerns that they may have related to their stays.
